Terms of Service

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page, and the effective date is shown at the top. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email or in-product notice when appropriate.

You create an account with your email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

We offer a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required. The trial includes one project. When the trial ends, your project remains available in read-only (viewer) mode.

Paid plans (Solo, Lab, Studio) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annual). You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period after you cancel.

After your trial or paid subscription ends, your projects stay available in read-only (viewer) mode. You can view them but not edit. You do not lose your work. Subscribe again to resume editing.

At launch, Stavia Models does not offer export of your data. Your projects are stored and viewable in the product. Export features may be added later.

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing paid access during an active billing period without notice.

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to abuse it, interfere with it, or use it for illegal purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Stavia Models, including the software, design, and branding, is owned by the provider. You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the service.

Stavia Models is a planning and decision-support tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Use it to inform your decisions, but consult qualified professionals when needed.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your country of residence.
