Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page, and the effective date is shown at the top. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email or in-product notice when appropriate.

Stavia Models is a subscription service. Plans (Solo, Lab, Studio) are billed on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can choose monthly, quarterly, or annual billing. Payment is processed via PayPal.

Charges occur at the start of each billing period. For monthly plans, you are billed every month. For quarterly, every three months. For annual, once per year. Billing continues until you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices may be billed in USD or other currencies depending on your location.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Until then, you keep full access.

After your paid period ends, your projects remain available in read-only (viewer) mode. You can view them but not edit. You do not lose your work. Subscribe again to resume editing.

After your free trial ends, the same applies: your project stays in read-only mode. Subscribe to continue editing.

We do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under your local law, contact us at info@staviamodels.com.

At launch, Stavia Models does not offer export of your data. Your projects are stored and viewable in the product. Export features may be added later.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stavia Models does not adhere to a general right of withdrawal or retracto once access to the subscription service has begun. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
